Catering facilities at the Public were designed by Flannery and de la Pole working with catering consultant Kendrick Hobbs.
The main Cafe counter, supported by a yellow kitchen pod, serves one hundred covers in the Entrance Hall and an informal lounge area known as Pinktank. Separate kitchens support functions in the Theatre, and a flexible function space on Level 3.
